After extensive study,or even having passed JLPT N2 or N1, you may still struggle to communicate smoothly with Japanese colleagues or clients. This is often because many lessons emphasize grammar and vocabulary over the logical organization of ideas. Below is a self-introduction example from an N2 passer(After the correction,the document was sent to a Japanese company for an interview,and the person got a job).

Example

Before correction

A document containing Japanese text, likely a personal introduction or resume, detailing background, interests, and professional experience including hospital reception work.

The writing conveys effort and experience but lacks focus, structure, and concise, impactful language for a strong self-PR.

    nihongok offers lesson for JLPT or Business Japanese upon learner's request.Still it is not the No1 priority,since pursuing JLPT or Business JP does not ncessarily make you a good communicater and many failed cases have been witnessed.

  • ・For refunds,if you have paid for a course and decide partway through that it's not for you, the full fee for the rest of the course minus its 20% as admin fee fee will be refunded. This covers time spent setting up your study schedule, processing the refund and other admin-related tasks.

On lesson
  • ・Lessons take place on Google Meet and learner(s) are required to take part in an undisturbed environment.
  • ・Lessons purchased must be all had within a time-limit,which is determined by multiplying the number of purchased lessons by 11
    ex:10 lessons are purchased with the first lesson on 1st Jan. All lessons must be had by 23:59 on 20th April the 110 day from the first lesson.

  • The last day of the lesson is notified on the first day of the lesson or other

    occasions.

  • ・Lesson schedules may be changed in advance within the predetermined lesson period as described above.
  • ・Make-up lessons are not available to individuals who have missed a group lesson


On Cancellation

  • ・Notification of cancellation must be received 12 hrs before the lesson time. Unless under exceptional circumstances, missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless notification is provided within the 12-hr notice period. Failing this 100% of fees will be valid
  • ・100% of charge is required for failing this
  • ・Make-up lesson will be provided in case any emergency(natural disaster,family-related issues,etc) has made the schedled lesson impossible

 
On the period of lesson-time

・It can be changed as 45 min(minimum)-90 min(maximum)
   and fee changes accordingly.Ex:
   45 min=75% of the 60 min
   75 min=125% of the 60 min
   90 min=150% of the 60 min
・This must be discussed and decided before the contract,
and once it’s decided,it can not be changed throughout the contract

nihongok provides this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) according to which nihongok will manage and handle with utmost care personal information which it acquires from customers (the “User”) for the services provided by nihongok (the “Service”).1. Personal information
Personal information refers to name, gender, date of birth, email address and other information which enables identification of an individual.

2. Collection of personal information
Under this Policy, personal information collected by nihongok refers to information provided by User when subscribing for the Service, information supplied in relation to the Service, and the details of inquiries made with nihongok.

3. Purposes of the use of personal information
・To provide the Service
・To transmit information related to the Service (newsletters, surveys, etc.)
・To verify User identity
・To ensure accurate understanding of and response to feedback and inquiries regarding the Service
・To analyze customer trends and product development surveys, etc.
・To contact User when necessary
・For other purposes provided in nihongok’s Terms of Services

4. Protection and management of personal information
nihongok considers it our social responsibility to ensure the protection of User’s personal information and thus observes the following:
・nihongok will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws.
・ nihongok will implement reasonable security measures both technically and organizationally to prevent leakage or loss of personal information, or damage to it, by implementing appropriate security measures and by providing its employees with regular training on protection of personal information.
・nihongok will regularly review the technical and organizational measures described in (2) above and will continue its efforts for improvement. However, Online Name is information in the public domain that can be searched using platforms and is therefore not considered to be personal information for nihongok to protect or manage. Users need to take necessary measures themselves for protection and management of their Online Names, for example, by separating the Online Name to subscribe to nihongok from the one which they use privately. In addition, personal information which User provides to their tutor is not considered to be personal information which nihongok is obliged to protect or manage.

5. Changing or deleting personal information
nihongok will not change User’s personal information without their permission. If User requests to terminate use of the Service and/or delete their personal information, nihongok will not use User’s personal information after such a request is received and the personal information will be deleted.

6. Provision of personal information to third parties
nihongok will not provide User’s personal information to a third party without their consent, except in cases where User’s consent is not required according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or related laws.
